CHARBRAY SOCIETY SPONSORED ANNUAL BULL & FEMALE SALE
This annual sale is held at Gracemere Saleyards, Rockhampton, Queensland on the last Wednesday in September.
The sale is conducted by three agents, Primac Elders Ltd, Wesfarmers Landmark and Savage Barker & Backhouse, Rockhampton branches.
Cattle are yarded on the Tuesday prior to the sale and are available for inspection by interested buyers on Tuesday afternoon and early Wednesday morning. A pre-sale inspection is carried out for presentation and quality by a panel of three cattlemen appointed by the Charbray Society of Australia Ltd.
A top quality draft of registered bulls are presented for sale, as well as a number of quality registered females.
